Monica Arnold

Monica Arnold passed away peacefully Saturday September 23, 2023, at Edenbrook of Appleton.  Monica was born on May 21, 1939, to the late Henry and Rosella (Verhagen) Feluaer.  Monica married Lyonel Arnold on September 14th, 1957, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Freedom.  

She enjoyed working at Alex's Crown as a waitress and hostess for many years. In her retirement she enjoyed camping, antiquing, and going to the flea markets.  She loved a good deal.  She was a long time member of Riverview Lutheran Church, but above all she loved being there for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. 

Monica will be missed by her daughters Colleen (Dan) Kramer-Appleton, WI; Charlotte (Mike) Zielinski-Fox Crossing, WI; son Jerry Arnold-Waupaca, WI; grandchildren Tracy (Bill) Schmidt-Cape Corral, FL; Matthew (Stacey) Zielinski-Appleton, WI; Nick Arnold (special friend Tori)-Appleton, WI; great-grandchildren Chris (Anjelica) Zielinski, Colin Zielinski, Camryn Zielinski; sister Donna Mullen; nieces, nephews, and special friend Tonya.

Monica is proceeded in death by her husband, Lyonel, of 61 years, grandson Christopher Zielinski, sister Frances (Fred) Kelly, brother-in-law Lavern Mullen, half-sister Florence Loos, and half-brother Norman Feluaer.

A memorial service for Monica will take place Thursday October 5, 2023, at 11:00am at Wichmann Funeral Home-Tri County Chapel, 1592 S Oneida St, Menasha. Friends and family may gather at the funeral home from 9:00am until the service begins.
