Age 91, died Friday May 10, 2002. Minion was born August 10, 1910 to the late Walter and Cora Grubaugh in Round Lake, MN. He married Mabel Drossart on December 27, 1932. Mabel survives him. Minion retired from the City of Appleton after 35 years of service as a plant operator at the water treatment plant. He enjoyed hunting and fishing at his cottage in the north woods.

He is survived by his wife, Mabel; a daughter Delores (Don) Brandt, a brother, Henry Grubaugh, a sister Alfreda Bubltz; 5 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren; and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.

The funeral service will be 1:00 PM on Monday May 13, 2002 at The WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME Tri County Chapel, 3212 South Oneida Street, Appleton, with Deacon Pete Reinl officiating. Viewing and visitation will be Monday at the Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until the time of service. A memorial is being established in his name.
