Age 89, died on Monday, March 29, 2004 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Mildred was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 13, 1914, daughter of the late Dr. Frank and Amelia (Ellworth) Rastall. She married Don Holinbeck and he preceded her in death on February 10, 1994. Mildred is survived by her son, Noel (Lou Ann) Holinbeck; 3 grandchildren, Nicole (Matthew) Cody; Brett Holinbeck; Lisa Ehredt; and a great-grandchild, Peter Dale. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews. Mildred was preceded in death by her son, Dale and her sister, Frances Stachowicz. The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, March 31, 2004, at ST. THOMAS MORE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1810 North McDonald Street, Appleton, with Rev. Gerald Falk officiating. Visitors will be received at the church on Wednesday, March 31 from 10 until 10:45 a.m. The entombment will be held at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. As an expression of sympathy, memorials may be directed to the St. Thomas More Scholarship Fund.
