Of Kaukauna, passed away on Monday, May 3, 2004 with his family at his side at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton. He was born on April 5, 1952 to James and Marion Plach.
He was a graduate of Appleton West High School in 1970. Mike was currently employed with Straight Shot Express of Neenah as a dispatcher.
Mike is survived by his daughter, Christine (special friend, Tim Stuczynski), Kaukauna; parents, James and Marion Plach; Bonita Springs, FL; five sisters: Pat (John) Segura, Oshkosh, Jean Plach, Naples, FL, Barb (Ken) Hartwig, Janesville, Karen (Bob) Riley, Little Chute, Diane (David) Schumate, Naples, FL; two nieces and four nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death are his maternal grandparents, Herbert and Beatrice Mirkes and paternal grandparents, John and Rose Plach.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2004 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Walter Steinbach officiating. Friends will be received from 9:30 AM until the time of services. A memorial fund is being established.
