Michael A. Wolff, 68, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2024, surrounded by his family. He was born on May 27, 1956, to his parents Helmuth and Mertle (Mollet) Wolff.
Michael was born and raised in Appleton. He graduated from Fox Valley Lutheran High School as class Valedictorian in 1974. He went to Northwestern College in Watertown for his bachelor’s degree and then went to the Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary and got his Masters of Divinity. He was briefly married and had 2 children, Lisa and Jonathan.
Michael was a big packer’s fan and loved to watch the games. He was a charitable man. Every year he participated in Walk for Alzheimer’s. He was proud of earning the most money with his team. He served in various churches, his last place being Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mission, South Dakota.
He is survived by his children: Lisa Wolff and Jonathan Wolff, grandchildren: Ethan and Max; brothers: James (Judy) Wolff, Robert (Linda) Wolff, Ronald (Betty) Wolff, and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
There will be a memorial service on December 4th, 2024, at St Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 705 E Greenfield Dr, Little Chute WI, 54140. Visitation will be from 9-11, with the service starting at 11.
