Michael Paul LaBrec, age 35, left this earth on October 19, 2019. He was born August 11, 1984 in Portsmouth, Virginia, the son of Jeffrey LaBrec and Karen (Sprister) Tandeski. Michael grew up in Little Chute where he attended and graduated from Little Chute High School in 2003.
Michael moved to Devils Lake, North Dakota in 2009, where he met and married Michelle (Haugland) LaBrec. They have two beautiful little girls, Kamdyn (8) and Khloe (6).
Michael was a proud dad and good father. He loved spending time with his girls wrestling, tickling, and going fishing. Michael liked riding motorcycle, watching movies, and the Green Bay Packers. He spent many great weekends up north with his friends. His charm made him easily loved by every person he encountered. Michael’s sense of humor and wit always made him the funniest person in the room. Whenever we got together as a group you knew you could look forward to a lot of laughter.
Michael is survived by Michelle and his daughters: Kamdyn and Khloe LaBrec of Devils Lake, North Dakota; his mother: Karen (Brad) Tandeski of Rugby, North Dakota; his father: Jeffrey (Sharon) LaBrec of Menasha; paternal grandparents: Don and Mutz LaBrec of Little Chute; a sister: Katie (Derrick) Dahly and their daughters Aubree and Rilynn of Grand Forks, North Dakota; step-sisters: Jennifer (Rene) Perales of Appleton; Kayla Siegel of Appleton; Trista Siegel of Appleton; and Samantha Vander Zanden of Little Chute; a step-brother Jeffrey (Bonnie) Beyer of Neenah; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Mary Sprister of Kimberly, Wisconsin and an aunt, Sherri LaBrec of Little Chute.
Michael’s memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, October 28, 2019 at the Wichmann Funeral Home, Tri-County Chapel. Located at 1592 Oneida Street in the Village of Fox Crossing (Menasha).
