Age 65, died at his home on June 7, 2002. Melvin was born on June 8, 1936, in Appleton to the late William and Louise (Schultz) Frahm. He married Marceil D. Senecal on January 29, 1954, in Green Bay. Melvin was employed at Gilbert Papers for over 41 years, retiring on August 1, 1998. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Marceil; his children, Debra Montanye (fiancee Dave Pocan), Little Chute; Michael (Tami) Frahm, Neenah; Joni (Larry) Kucksdorf, Plover; Gail (Daniel) Lemmers, Little Chute; and Robert (Barbra) Frahm, Appleton; his grandchildren, Michelle and Adam Montanye, Michael Frahm, Jr, David Frahm, and David Fazer, Kimberly and Brad Kucksdorf, Jennifer and Brian Lemmers, Andrew, Austin and Abigale Frahm; his sisters, Elaine (Earl) Springstroh, Appleton, and Eleanore (Jim) Wilz, Appleton; and his brother, Eugene (Claire) Frahm, Menasha; his in-laws, and many relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 10, 2002, at ST. PAUL EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 302 North Morrison Street, Appleton, with Rev. John Baumann officiating. Friends may call at the Tri-County Chapel Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and again directly at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of services. A memorial has been established in his name.
