Melody Joy Lemke, age 33, of Kaukauna, died Saturday, September 11, 2005, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton. Jodi was born on April 6, 1972, in Neenah, to Timothy and Marie (Lee) Otto, of Appleton. She married Michael Lemke on February 24, 2005, in Appleton; he preceded her in death on July 22, 2005. Jodi was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. Survivors include her children, Danielle, Andrea, Jonathon, Shania, Mariah, and Michaela; her parents, Timothy and Marie Otto, Appleton; brothers and sisters, Michelle Heckner, Menasha; Melissa Bottine, Menasha, Ron (Bobbie) Otto, Appleton, Mindy (Aaron) Otto, Appleton; Sheila Erno, Milwaukee; Timothy (Rachael) Otto, Appleton; her special niece, Christina; her mother-in-law, Helen Lemke, Kaukauna; her father-in-law, Orville (Sue) Lemke, Sr., Green Bay; her sisters- and brothers-in-law, Kenny (Char) Lemke, Karen Lemke, Laurie (Ted) Grode, Lisa (Joe) Gilson, Randy (Karmen) Lemke and Tracy (Mike) Geiger; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Orville Lemke, Jr. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2005, at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, Appleton. Friends may call directly at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services. A memorial has been established in her name to benefit her childrens’ education.
