Maryann Glass

Maryann Glass, 80, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at American Grand. Maryann was born on September 24, 1934 to Otto and Leona (Hackbarth) Goettel in Milwaukee. She was united in marriage to Roy Glass on March 9, 1956 in Cumberland, Maryland. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and gardening and loved her pets. Maryann was a wonderful homemaker and took great care of her family. She was a member of Mount Olive Ev. Lutheran Church.

Maryann is survived by her daughter, Rita (Erik) Thompson, a sister Lenore (Alvin) Ziegenbein and a sister-in-law Joann Goettel, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Maryann will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 10:00 AM at MOUNT OLIVE EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 930 E. Florida ave. with Rev. Robert Raasch officiating. Interment will be in the Riverside Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9:00 AM until the time of the service at the church.
