Mary Wolff dedicated her life to taking care of her family. Whether it was putting out a holiday spread or sledding down hills up north, she enjoyed being a part of special moments with those who loved her most.
Mary was born August 8, 1937 in Neenah, WI to the late Julian and Angeline Konetzke. After graduating from Menasha High School, Mary wed Richard Wolff, on September 25, 1954 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. They made their home in Menasha, WI, and were blessed with eight children, who Mary worked tirelessly to care for each day. Reading, playing cards, bingo, sewing, gardening, and serving her church were some of Mary’s pastimes.
At the age of 80, Mary earned her heavenly wings on Monday, April 30, 2018. Survivors include her husband, Richard and her eight children, Terrence (Jane) Wolff, Katherine (Joe) Heil, Sharon (Terry) Riegert, Laurie DeLeeuw, Richard Wolff, Jr., Joanne Wolff, Patrick (Lori) Wolff, and Susan Wolff. She is further survived by her four siblings, Tom Konetzke, Joan Smogoleski, David Konetzke, and Larry Konetzke; 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at St. John the Baptist Church in Menasha with Fr. Paul Paider officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in her name.
