Mary Kay Bradle, 77, passed away on January 14, 2022. She was born on February 24, 1944, to Gordon and Marie (Stein) Simon. She was a member of the first graduating class of Xavier High School. Mary Kay married Clarence Bradle on November 7, 1964.
Mary Kay was a loving mother to her children, and her children’s friends. She was everyone’s go-to person and great teacher. An excellent cook, she will be remembered by the amazing things she would make. Mary Kay ran the St. Bernadette’s Cub Scouts for many years, and was a member of the American Legion. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, shooting, fishing, and football. Especially the Packers. Above all, she loved her children.
Mary Kay was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Marie Simon; sister, Betty Burhans; brothers-in-law, Daniel Burhans, Chuck Bradle, and Michael Bradle; sisters-in-law, Ruth Bradle and Judy Bradle; parents-in-law, Clarence and Evelyn Bradle; and son-in-law Scott “Scooter” Meyer.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence Bradle; children, Marty (Tina) Bradle, Lynn Bradle, Matthew (Brenda) Bradle, and Katherine Meyer; grandchildren, Eric, Jonathan, Crystal, Amanda, Jennifer, Chloe, Haley, and Christy; many great-grandchildren; special first cousin, David Vanderlindin; and many friends and great neighbors.
A memorial service will be held for Mary Kay at 2 PM Friday, January 28, at Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Superior St, Appleton. There will be a visitation prior from 12 PM – 2 PM.
