THE MEMORIAL FOR MARY HAS BEEN CANCELLED

Mary E. Richards, 81, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2020, at Prairie Homes, Menasha, with her family by her side. She was born on August 31, 1938, in Appleton, the daughter of Evan and Lorraine (Nettekoven) Baldwin. Mary was united in marriage to Duane “Buck” Richards, on May 25, 1968, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Menasha, where they have been members ever since. She will be remembered most as a fun loving, always smiling, kind hearted and a caring soul. She loved spending time with family and friends and baking.

Mary is survived by her husband: Duane “Buck”; a brother: Bob (Barb) Baldwin; 3 sisters-in-law: Jackie Baldwin, Pat Zumach, and Mary Oja; 8 half brothers- and half sisters-in-law; a special cousin: Rita Stephan; nieces and nephews: Stacey (Scott) Milligan, Mark (Blandine) Balwin, Scott Baldwin, Laurie (Sean) McElrath, Brian (Sarah) Baldwin, along with many other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; a brother: Tom Baldwin; 9 brothers- and sisters-in-law; and a half brother-in-law.

Inurnment will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Menasha. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the UW Foundation – Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Institute.
