Age 80, found eternal peace on Sunday, January 4, 2004. Mary was born in Hortonville, on November 13, 1923, the daughter of the late Delwin and Gladys (Reinke) Dorschner. She graduated from Hortonville High School, moved to Appleton and resided there for the remainder of her adult life. Mary retired from Zwicker Knitting Mill at the age of 65. She was an avid baseball fan of the Brewers and Cubs and loved to spend time with her Kitty Kat. Mary also loved to travel and was blessed with the opportunity to visit many of the 50 states. She will be sadly missed by her surviving brothers and sisters, Dr. Kenneth P. (Janice) Dorschner, Warrenton, Virginia; Elaine L. (Earl) Blink, Appleton; Dwayne H. (Shirley) Dorschner, Menasha; Delores M. (Cookie) Merrill, Appleton; and brother-in-law, Arlyn McNichols, Black Creek. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her infant son, Joseph P. Hartzheim; her brother and his wife, Donald E. (Pat) Dorschner; her sister, Karyl K. McNichols and her brother-in-law, Will G. Merrill. Private family services will be held.
