Mary Ann VerBockel (Kahler), age 82, passed away Friday, February 26th, 2021 surrounded by the love of her friends and family. She was born in Black Creek, WI to Roy and Marie (Hintz) Kahler. She graduated from Hortonville HS in 1956. On April 11, 1959 she married Eugene VerBockel.
She is survived by her son Kevin VerBockel, her two grandchildren Mashell Phillips and Alex Greening and her great grandchildren Hayden, Rian, Lenix and Harper. She is also survived by her nieces Sarah, Jenny, Megan, Ellen, Sheila and Julie and her nephew Rodney.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene VerBockel and siblings Karen David, Kenneth Kahler, and Janice Kitzke.
A funeral service will be held at Mount Olive Lutheran Church of Appleton on Friday, March 5th at 11am with visitation starting at 10am.
