Franczek, Mary A.
(Klatkiewicz)
Hilbert
In the early morning hours of April 8, 2004, the gates of heaven quietly opened, and Mary A. Franczek, age 81, joined our Lord after a courageous battle with cancer. She was greeted by her husband Joe, daughter Teresa, mother and father, Frank and Margaret Gavronski.
Mom will be greatly missed by her children Marge (Ron-deceased) Mahloch, Joseph (Karen) Franczek, James (Sandra) Franczek, John (Jill) Franczek, Jerry (Donna) Franczek, Marlene (Philip) Brehmer, and Marie Franczek. Mary’s brother George (Norma) Gavronski, and sisters Lorraine (Joe) Mitchell, Elizabeth (Joseph-deceased) Held and Rosemary (Grant) Beckett also mourn her loss. She will be forever missed by her thirteen adoring grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many other loving relatives and friends.
Mary enjoyed spending time gardening almost as much as she enjoyed time with her family playing cribbage, dominoes, and traveling. She touched more lives than she realized, and at the time of her passing was surrounded by loved ones, sharing with her the love she had shared with so many, for so many years.
The funeral liturgy will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, N341 Military Rd, Sherwood. Visitation is on Monday, April 12th, 5 Р8 p.m. at Wichmann’s, and 10 – 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart. Burial is at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Sherwood. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Mary’s name.
