Mark K Towsley

Mark K. Towsley, 72, Appleton, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at his home. He was born on April 8, 1948, in Manitowoc, WI to the late Karl and Marie (Stark) Towsley. Mark was united in marriage to Cheryl Hynson on April 22, 1994, in Appleton. He earned a BA degree from St. John’s University, Collegeville, MN. He was a Cheesemaker at Foremost Dairy in Appleton for 23 years. Mark loved reading varied subjects including history, philosophy, theology, fiction, poetry and science. Classical music and Opera were a joy in his life ongoing. He loved yoga, meditation, biking, walking and a good cribbage game.

Mark is survived by his brother Michael (Cathy) Towsley, sister Mary Carolyn (John) Whiteley and many other family members.

Mark was preceded in death by his wife Cheryl, parents Karl and Marie Towsley, and his nephew Kyle Whiteley.

In accordance with Mark’s wishes a private service will be held.
