Marion E. (Gast) Noack
Age 74, went peacefully to her heavenly home on October 19, 2005.
She came into this world on December 7, 1930, in the city of Appleton to the late Arnold and Ella (Erdmann) Gast. Marion graduated from Appleton High School in 1948. She was united in marriage on November 12, 1948 to Harry Noack. They were blessed with 10 children whom they provided love and inspiration to be compassionate and to give to others.
Marion was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, where she taught Sunday School for many years. Her faith was great comfort and assurance throughout her life. She touched the lives of many other families by providing care for their children in a loving surrounding. She was employed at Shopko until her retirement in 1998. She enjoyed the beauty of nature at her cottage on Shawano Lake as well as the pleasure of fishing.
Marion will be missed by her children: Larry, Fremont; Sherry Nymoen, Memphis, TN; Terry (Kathy), Appleton; Jerry (Jane), Madison; Mary (Chuck) Kruckeberg, Little Chute; Carey (Jamie) Mackesy, Appleton; Laury (Marty) Grow, Appleton; Cory (Mike) Keeney, Appleton; Dory Romenesko, Menasha; Maury (Mark) Stutz, Greenville. 19 grandchildren: Scott (Heidi) Noack, Jessica (Eric) Kubalek and Jeremy Noack, Rebecca and Jeffrey Noack, Paul (Kim) and Mark (Lena) Kruckeberg, Sean (Heather) Mackesy, Samantha, Brittany, and Michaela Grow, Kimberly and Phillip Keeney, Christopher Noack, Joey and Jared Romenesko, Margo, Mason, and Marshall Stutz. six great grandchildren: Luke Noack, Madison Kubalek, Madelyn and Carter Kruckeberg, Noah and Grace Kruckeberg; two brothers: Ralph (Joan) Gast, Appleton; Al (Bernie) Gast, Appleton; five sisters: Shirley Bond, Green Bay; Jean (Harold) Noack, Embarrass; Joan (Russ) Kreutzman, Pelican Lake; Carol (Bob) Timm, Green Bay; Donna (Terry) Kloes, Appleton, and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Marion was preceded in death by her husband, Harry in 1996; brother,
Donald Gast; son-in-law, Terry Nymoen; and granddaughter, Jennifer Noack.

Funeral services for Marion will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 21, 2005, at GRACE LUTHERAN CHURCH, ELCA, 900 North Mason Street, Appleton, with Rev. Judy Deckert officiating. Interment will be in Appleton Highland Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday (TODAY) at the funeral home, and again from 10:00 a.m. Friday until the time of services at the church. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Marion’s name.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Bar-Lev and the staff at the Martha Siekman Cancer Center for their steadfast assistance, Pastor Judy Deckert and Grace Lutheran Church for their spiritual support.
