Age 78, died in Appleton on October 17, 2002. She was born to the late Earnest and Amelia (Kueschel) Schumacher on March 3, 1924 in Appleton. Marie was married to Clement “Red” Mollet for over 50 years. Marie enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, especially while playing BINGO at the Oneida Casino. She also liked to feed wild birds and spend time with her beloved pet poodle, “Cujo.”

Marie is survived by her niece, Donna (Robert) Fisher and their children Tracy, Eric (Roberta) and Mark (Debbie); two nephews: Robert Lee Kain and his children Bobbiejo, Mary Jo, William, Kristine (Daniel), and Ronald (Jennifer); and Russell (Susan) Kain and their child Mark (Tammy); aunt, Wilma Springstroh; a special friend Lois; and her beloved dog, Cujo.

Marie is preceded in death by her husband Clement, her parents, and two sisters, Doris Kain and infant Flora Schumacher.

The memorial service will be at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2002, at the funeral home. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
