Marian M. Matsche

Marian M. Matsche, 79 of Menasha passed away on December 4, 2016. Marian was born on January 5, 1937 in Menasha to Peter and Monica (Kropidlowski) Waldoch. On July 22, 1972 she married Edwin Matsche at St. John Catholic Church in Menasha. She was employed for over 29 years as a school teacher at St. Mary Catholic School in Menasha. She enjoyed fishing, dancing, bicycling, singing and reading.

She will be sadly missed by her husband Ed Matsche, brother Richard Waldoch of Menasha, sister Della Jagla of Menasha and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 infant brothers Robert and Leonard, 2 sisters and 3 brothers-in-law, Jeanette and Marlin Heimlich, Bernice and Bill Bartell and Bill Jagla as well as a sister-in-law Veronica Waldoch.

Visitation for Marian will be on Friday December 9, 2016 from 9:00am to 11:00am at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 1617 W. Pine Street in Appleton. Funeral Liturgy will be at 11:00am at the church with Fr. Dennis Ryan officiating. Burial will be at St. John Cemetery, Menasha.
