“Haley”
Age 72, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2001, at Appleton Medical Center. Haley was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved to cook, garden and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Haley was born on January 1, 1929, in Bryant, Wisconsin to the late George and Mima (Arrowwood) Spencer. She was a resident of the New London area since 1962; prior to that time she lived in the Antigo area. Haley married Clarence Hendricks in 1945; he preceded her in death in 1956. Together, they had five children: Janet Goetsch, California; Rodney Hendricks, Green Bay; Linda (Jed) Learned, Manawa; Cathy Hendricks (special friend Dan), Rhinelander. She married Clarence Ingalls on December 7, 1957. Together, they had five children: Ben Ingalls (special friend Jolene), Fremont; Clarence Ingalls, Jr. (special friend Connie); Tim Ingalls (fiancee Susan), Northport; Tammy Clark, Weyauwega; Barry Ingalls, Manawa. She is further survived by 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; five sisters, Bess Spencer, Manawa; Catherine Stollings, Aniwa; Nan (Bob) Christensen, Stevens Point; Bieth Wimble, Madison; Gloria (Don) Arndt, Antigo; and two brothers, Boone (Shirley) Spencer, Antigo and Jack (Bonnie) Spencer, Pearson. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Diana Hildebrand, four brothers and two sisters. It was Haley’s request that she be cremated and that there would be no funeral services. There will be a family memorial service at a later date.
