Mabel E. Harp (Krueger)

Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 92, and entered into her Eternal Home in Heaven on Tuesday, October 29, 2002. Mabel was born on May 5, 1910 to William and Minnie (Scharman) Krueger. She married Otto Harp on September 2, 1933 at St. John’s Church in the Town of Center. They were blessed to have 58 loving years of marriage together. She was a devout member of St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church and enjoyed being an honorary member of the Ladies Aid and the Sewing Circle.
Mabel is survived by two daughters: Delores (Marshall) Moseng of Little Chute and Sandra (Fred) Blohm of Menasha; 10 Grandchildren: Kris (Jeff) Mohr, Debbie (Chuck) Wolf, Steve Seehawer, Karen (George) Mayo, Dean (Judy) Jahnke, Robert Shepherd, Stacie (Keith) Patchett, Sidney Seehawer, Douglas Blohm, Daniel Blohm; 21 Great-grandchildren; 3 Sister-in-laws: Gladys Krueger, Elaine Krueger, and Vera Krueger; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Otto Harp, a daughter, Shirley Seehawer, and a grandson, Scott Seehawer, parents; Minnie and William Krueger, brothers: Walter, Willard, and Wilmer Krueger, sisters: Lillian Harp and Alice Voecks.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 1, 2002 at St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church in Appleton at 11:00 AM with Pastor Jeffrey Verbeke officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2002 from 4 PM to 8 PM at Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 North Superior Street in Appleton and again on FRIDAY at CHURCH from 9:30 AM until the time of service. Interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in her name.

I have not left you, I will lovingly be with you in spirit, forever. I have carried a piece of each of you with me for my journey home to Heaven. I now see such a vivid beauty all around me and I heard the angels singing softly to me as I walked through the Gates of Glory. The Lord is Good.
