Age 92, passed away at her home in Appleton on April 11, 2002. She was born to the late Michael and Josephine (Wolf) Hoolihan in Appleton on May 28, 1909. She was a life long resident of Appleton and enjoyed spending time in her garden, especially watching and feeding birds. She spent many years employed at Morning Glory as a bookkeeper.

Survivors include her cousins and very special friends, Lester and Ruth (Wildt) Rucks. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert “Hap” Hoolihan, and a sister-in-law Betty Hoolihan.

The funeral liturgy will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 15, 2002, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 222 East Fremont Street, Appleton, with Fr. Robert Karuhn officiating. Friends will be received at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.

Memorials appreciated to the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association. Lucille will be greatly missed by her cousins and special friends.
