KLISTER, LORRAINE M.
Formerly of Kaukauna

Age 88, died Thursday, March 25, 2004, at Crystal River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Lorraine was born on June 18, 1915, in Hollandtown, to the late James and Rachel (Martin) Farrell. She married Robert Klister in 1969; he preceded her in death in 1995. Lorraine was employed at Thilmany Pulp and Paper for over 34 years and was the first president of the Thilmany Girl‚Äôs Club. With her husband Robert, she enjoyed traveling in their motor home. Lorraine enjoyed crafting, knitting, creating beautiful Christmas decorations for her family, was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and was one of Kaukauna‚Äôs champion bowlers. Survivors include her step-daughter, Mary Kay (Pat) Brautigan, Pine City, Minnesota; her step-daughter-in-law, Connie Klister, Kaukauna; her step-grandchildren, Levi and Adam Brautigan and Scott Klister; her nieces and nephews, Lois (Patrick) Finnegan, Donald (Rose) Koenig, Thomas (Pat) Lynch, James (Barb) Farrell, Ruth Lynch and Nancy (Duke) Kava. She is further survived by her husband‚Äôs brother, Jerry (Bette) Klister, Buena Vista, Colorado; his sisters, Mary Ann Conrad, Eagle River, and Joan Klister, De Pere. She was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Robert; her step-son, Robert Klister; her sisters, Blanche (Louis) Koenig, Mabel (George) Lynch and Ruth Farrell; and her four brothers, Clayton (Florence) Farrell, Russell (Lottie) Farrell, Perry (Erna) Farrell and Donald Farrell, and her brother-in-law, Karl Conrad. The Funeral Liturgy will be at 11:00 a. m. on Monday, March 29, 2004, at ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 119 West Seventh Street, Kaukauna with Fr. Robert Udulutsch, O.F.M. Cap. officiating. Friends may call directly at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Entombment will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Angeles Retirement Community–Waupaca and the Crystal River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their loving care.
