BOSIN, LORETTA A.

Loretta A. Bosin, age 93, of Kimberly, died on Thursday, November 15, 2007. Loretta was born on September 13, 1914, in the Town of Angelica, Shawano County, to the late August and Bertha (Garbrecht) Boettcher. She married Oscar Bosin on October 10, 1936, in the Town of Angelica; he preceded her in death on July 23, 1987. Oscar and Loretta were long-time Appleton residents. Loretta was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was employed at Zwicker Knitting Mills for over 35 years, retiring in 1977. Loretta was a member of the Ladies Guild and Senior Citizen’s Bible Class at Faith Lutheran Church. She was an active crafter and well known for her abilities as a seamstress. Survivors include her daughter, Jackie (John) Stingle, Shawano, and her son, Mark (Cindy) Bosin, Darboy; her four grandchildren, Matt (Sarah) Bosin, Doug (Jennifer) Stingle, Jenny Stingle and Amy Bosin; and her three great grandchildren, Andrew Bosin, Laura Bosin and Holden (“Little Joe”) Stingle; and her daughter-in-law, Sandy Bosin, Waukesha. She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald L. Bosin; her grandson, Nathan Bosin; her sister, Bernice Anderson Renard, and her brother Paul Boettcher. Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 19, 2007, at CELEBRATION LUTHERAN CHURCH, 3100 East Evergreen Drive, Appleton, with Rev. Rex A. Rinne officiating. Friends may call directly at the church on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park. A memorial has been established in her name.
