Lorain H. Lingnofski, age 91, passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, March 28, 2015. She was born on December 7, 1923 to the late Edward and Tillie (Zielinski) Mottl in Neenah. On June 19, 1946 she married Jerome Lingnofski at St. Mary Catholic Church in Menasha. Lorain lived in Menasha for most of her life, and worked at Kimberly Clark Corporation. She was a member of the Menasha Falcons Auxiliary.
Lorain is survived by her son, Dan (Sue) Lingnofski of Elcho; daughters-in-law: Bonnie Lingnofski of Menasha and Fran Lingnofski of Neenah; grandchildren: Jennifer Lingnofski of Appleton, Wendy (Jason) Harrison of Cascade, Matt (Gina) Lingnofski of Menasha, Lori (Tom) Jensen of Menasha, Joe (fiancé Brenda Krause) Lingnofski of Rhinelander, Jodi (Ben) Hulke of Appleton; great grandchildren: Stephanie and Sienna Lingnofski, Josh, Levi and Olivia Harrison, Audrey, Claire and Tyler Lingnofski, Abby, Hannah and Wil Jensen, Dylan, Zach and Hunter Lingnofski, Molly, Stone and Allison Hulke.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerome Lingnofski in 2005; sons: Thomas and Michael Lingnofski in 2013 and an infant son, Joseph.
The Funeral Liturgy for Lorain will be held at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH (528 Second St., Menasha) with Fr. Paul Paider officiating. Visitation will be held at church from 10:30 AM until the time of mass.
