QUIETLY
I stand back in silence.
Observing and loving.
Caring more than I dare to show.
Loyalty and tenderness speaking for me.
Centered in my family.
Content in that connectedness.
I pass — knowing my life shows in them.
Solid and present always.
Special thanks for the kindness shown to our family from Wendi at Appleton Medical Center and Jenell with ThedaCare Hospice.
