Age 80
Of Appleton, passed away peacefully on May 16, 2004 at Touchmark on Prospect. Lois was born on November 25, 1923 to the late Willard and Irene Mignon in Appleton. She married John Plotz on December 14, 1946 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Appleton. They were lifelong members there and Lois was also a member of the Secret Pals Group. She loved to cook and bake and also collected knick-knacks.

Survivors include her son, Mark Plotz of Neenah, daughter, Paula (Kenneth) Meyer of Appleton; grandchildren: Julie (Todd) Keil, Lisa (Eric) Hall, Amy Plotz, Andrea and Marki Plotz, Robert and Kevin Meyer; and one great-grandchild, Skyler Plotz.

Lois was preceded in death by her husband, John and two sons: James and Kurt.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at 7:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Kurt Kovanen officiating. Friends will be received from 5:00 PM until the time of services also at the funeral home. Interment will take place in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. A memorial fund is being established.
