Linda L. Nogrady

Linda L. Nogrady, age 75 of Appleton and formerly of Milwaukee, passed away peacefully at Silverstone Memory Care Facility in Appleton on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.

Linda was born in Hartford, WI, on October 12, 1949, to Alfred and June Kuehn of Slinger, WI. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt dedicated to her family and friends. Linda was an accomplished pianist and organist and played the organ every Sunday in church for many years.

Throughout her professional career, she was deeply committed to her job as an Administrative Assistant at Foley and Lardner Law Firm in Milwaukee. While still working, she went back to college and got her BA degree from Alverno College and spent a number of years as a paralegal at Foley before moving to Appleton.

Linda loved animals, especially her cats Morris, Harley, Winston and Salem.

One of her passions was antiquing on weekends with her mother, sister and sister-in-law.

Linda is survived by her son Robert (Tina) Nogrady of Milwaukee, brother Kenneth (Kathy) Kuehn of Appleton and sister Claudia (Lindsay) Hough of New York and Florida. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ben and Seth Nogrady of Milwaukee and nephews Matthew Hough of California and Andrew Hough of New York.

A celebration of Linda’s life will take place at a later date.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the caring and kind caregivers at Silverstone Memory Care in Appleton and also to the wonderful caregivers with Moments Hospice for their care and compassion shown to Linda and her family.
