Lila Fulcer, 82, of Bonduel, died Wednesday, January 25, 2006, at her home.
She was born November 26, 1923, in Appleton, the daughter of the late Joseph and Hermina “Min” (Brown) Landry. Lila was the last survivor of the Landry family.
She was a life-long resident of Appleton, and moved to Bonduel in 1993. She was united in marriage to Jerome Fulcer for almost 40 years.
Lila was an avid glass antique collector, and was a charter member of the Appleton Chapter of the Fenton Art Glass Collectors of America. She was the owner of Country Resale and Country Resale Cellar prior to her retirement.
Lila was a very warm and wonderful person.
Survivors include her husband, Jerome Fulcer; her children, Jonna Mascarenas, Claudia Metko, Susan, Bretl, Steven Metko, and Greg “Frank” Metko; her former son-in-law, Tom Bretl; her grandchildren, Todd, Candee, Rick, Rhea, Geran, and Sunny; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Virginia, brother, Tom, and her parents.
Funeral services for Lila will be at 4:00 p.m. Monday, January 30, 2006, at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 North Superior Street, Appleton, with Rev. Kurt Kovanen officiating. Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. Monday until the time of services directly at the funeral home. A memorial fund in her name is being established.
