Age 63, passed away suddenly while spending time at his favorite place, Mayflower Lake in Marathon County. Leroy was born April 2, 1941 in Neenah, son of the late Lester Londre and Rosemary (nee Westenberger) Londre Hass of Menasha. Leroy was a graduate of the Menasha High School, and for over thirty years was proud of his public service as a Menasha Firefighter. He was a member of the Menasha City Employees' Quarter Century Club and the Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin. Leroy enjoyed hunting and fishing, photography, and spending time at his place at Mayflower Lake. Many will remember Leroy was a friend to all, but a friend who was always willing to play a practical joke on you! He was also a story-telling legend.

Leroy is survived by his wife of twenty-one years: Lana (nee Paulsen) Londre, whom he married September 4, 1982 a the "little red mill" near Waupaca.
