Kevin A McCauley

Kevin A. McCauley, 52, of Appleton, formerly of Fond du Lac and Oshkosh, WI, went home to the Lord on July 7th, 2021, after his short battle with cancer.

Kevin was born in Waupun, WI to James and Evelyn McCauley on March 26, 1969.  He grew up in Fond du Lac, WI, where he graduated from Goodrich High School in 1987.  Kevin served honorably in the U.S. Navy from 1987-1989 where he specialized as a cook.  His interests included martial arts and reading books about philosophy and spirituality.  He loved spending time with his cat Donner and always enjoyed talking about him to all his friends and family.

He is survived by his son Dylan McCauley, brother Brian McCauley, stepbrother John DeMille, stepsisters Michelle (Brian) Donnelly, Julie (Dave) Braun, and his second mother Bonnie McCauley.  Kevin is also survived by 3 nieces, 2 nephews, 1 great-niece, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Kevin was preceded in death by his mother Evelyn and father James, sister-in-law Siriwan (Brian) McCauley and his great-nephew Hunter Donnelly.

There will be a celebration of life memorial gathering for Kevin at the Town of Center Park and Pavilion, N3990 State Road 47, Appleton, WI 54913 on Saturday, August 21st from 1-4 PM.

Private interment at Southern Wisconsin Veteran’s Cemetery.
