Kerry Ann Vissers

Kerry Ann Vissers, age 52, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 6, 2021. Kerry was born on January 7, 1969 in Kaukuana, WI., Daughter of Betty(Jon)Pengelly, and Dennis Vissers. She graduated from freedom high school in 1988. She worked for Voith MFG for 18 years. Kerry was an amazing, beautiful person, inside and out. She was fun loving, sweet, caring, fun and a little bit sassy with a lot of spark and spunk. Her family was her world, as she was ours. she enjoyed tubing down the river, fishing, campfires, music, and nature.

She is survived by the love of her life, Susan Strauch, her mother-Betty (Gonnering) Pengelly, pa- Jon Pengelly, sisters- Tammy(Mike) Woodke, Tina(John)Peterson, Beth(Rick)Lyons, son- Brian Strauch and Mari, Granddaughter- Nevaeh, nieces and nephews- Crystal (Matt) Odekirk, Joe(Katie)Woodke, Colton, Austin and Aysia Greenhaw, Dalton and Madison Nooyen, her dogs- Bailey and Zoey, and cat-Belster.

Kerry is proceeded in death by her father, Dennis Vissers, nephew- Marshall Greenhaw, nieces- Casey and Jamie Greenhaw, maternal grandparents- Lawrence and Alice Gonnering, paternal grandparents – George and Frances Vissers.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday May 15, 2021 at 4:00 PM at Wichmann Funeral Home (537 N. Superior St. Appleton WI 54911) Pastor Mike Huff will officiate. Visitation will be held for her on Saturday May 15, 2021 from 2:00 PM until the hour of service at the Funeral Home.

Kerry, its still impossible to imagine life without you here, but we all know you will be watching over, guiding, and probably playing a couple tricks on us. Your smile and amazing hugs will be missed terribly. We will all be together again someday- until then-we will be thinking about you and sharing some of our great memories with you. We love you and you will always be in our hearts.
