Kathy Ann Koffarnus

Kathy Koffarnus passed away peacefully on August 13, 2020 after a brief battle with Mixed Phenotype Leukemia.  Kathy was the second oldest child of nine children to Allan and Gloria (Roberts) Kalies.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Steven Koffarnus, and sister Valerie (Kalies) Schisel.

Kathy and Steve celebrated 35 years of marriage before he passed away in 2012. Kathy worked for over 23 years as a CNA for Brewster Village.  She enjoyed attending Country Music Festivals with friends, her lunches with the class of 1968, camping, making quilts for the shelters with the ladies from Bethany Lutheran Church of Kaukauna and spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Kathy is survived by three children:  Scott (Deb) Konop; Tracy (Chris) Rank; Jason (Cait) Koffarnus and six grandchildren: Ethan McNamer, Ana Rank, Ava Rank, Ayden Koffarnus, Lilyanna MacDonald, and Nyle Koffarnus.  Three step-grandchildren: Tanya and Whitney Grabowski, and Nicole Hamann; and her siblings: Gary (Bev) Kalies, Dave (Debbie) Kalies, Diane (Kalies) Mulvihill, Jeff (Linda) Kalies, Tom (Lori Janke) Kalies, , Steve (Shelia) Kalies, and Bob (Amy) Kalies.

Kathy’s Celebration of Life Service will be held on her 70^th Birthday at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, August 19, 2020, at BETHANY LUTHERAN CHURCH, located at 124 W. 10th Street in Kaukauna. Visitation will be held at the church starting at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, until the time of the service.   Face coverings are requested to be worn and will be provided.
