Kathryn Potter

Kathryn L. Besch Potter, 94, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Appleton Medical Center.

Kathryn was born on July 8, 1919 to Louis and Mae Strader in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Kathryn was united in marriage to Robert Besch in 1939 and he preceded her in death after 40 years of marriage. On September 5, 1981 she married Merrill Potter and he preceded her in death in 2009.

Kathryn is survived by her children, Terri (Don) Britten, Barb Besch, Jim (Marie) Potter, and Trudy (Gerald) Klade, five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Kathryn was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Besch and Merrill Potter, her son Tom Besch, and her siblings.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME. A time of visitation will be held on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
