Kathleen Joan Delchambre

Kathleen Joan Delchambre, 65, of Appleton, passed away suddenly on September 4, 2023, at her home after a brief battle with cancer.

Kathy was born on November 8, 1957, in Mississippi to Darrell and Joan Schwarz.

Kathy married the love of her life, Bob Delchambre on April 24, 1999. They spent many wonderful years together and really enjoyed travelling, especially taking cruises. One of their most memorable recent cruises was their trip to Alaska.

She enjoyed ballroom dancing and had received many trophies for her skill. She loved travelling, shopping and gambling.

Kathleen worked at Kimberly Clark for 39 years as an Export Analyst. In addition to her career, she made a meaningful impact on her community. She started and ran the Discovery League in Neenah for 25 years! She also spent her time as secretary for the Appleton Noon Lions.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Bob, children Dustin Doepker and Jennifer (Paul) Greeninger, granddaughter Madeline Greeninger, sister Carmen (George) Greenwood, brothers Mark (Jill) Schwarz, Matt Schwarz, God-daughter Krista Greenwood and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Daniel Doepker and her sister Judy Schwarz.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you contribute in Kathy’s name to your local cancer research/support organization.

Visitation for Kathleen will be held at Wichmann Tri County Chapel (1592 S. Oneida St. Menasha, WI 54952) on Friday, September 15, 2023 from 12:00 pm until the time of service at 2:00 pm.
