HEIDEMANN, JULIE ANN

Julie A. Heidemann, age 39, of Appleton, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2010 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 8, 1971, in Appleton, the daughter of Lois M. (Young) Heidemann and the late Joseph C. Heidemann. Julie attended Appleton East High School. She was employed by Valley Packaging Industries, Inc. Those who knew Julie will remember her sense of humor and her love for music, jewelry making, and animals (especially Pumba and Pickles).

Julie is survived by her mother: Lois M. Heidemann; siblings: Joanne (LeRoy) Meyer, Prentice; Barbara (David) Christiansen, Two Rivers; Joseph (Bonnie) Heidemann, Appleton and their children Jacob and Heather; Elizabeth (John) Dickson, Milwaukee and their children Dustin and Rebecca; Roxanne (Timm) Schwister, Neenah and their sons Brock and Bryce; Brian (Penny) Heidemann, Paris, Illinois and their children Amber (Greg) Card, Katie Meagher and Samantha Heidemann and grandnephew: Brayden Card. She is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Julie was preceded in death by her father: Joseph C. Heidemann; sister: Geraldine Heidemann; grandparents: John H. and Ella M. (Grode) Heidemann; Louis and Anna (Siudzinski) Young.

The funeral liturgy for Julie will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at ST. BERNADETTE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2331 E. Lourdes Drive, Appleton. Father Donald Zuleger will be officiating. Burial will take place at Holy Name Cemetery, Kimberly. The visitation will be held on Friday at the Wichmann Funeral Home from 4:00 pm until the prayer service at 7:00 pm and again at the church from 10:00 am until the time of mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials to PNUMA are appreciated.

Heartfelt gratitude is extended to Julie’s PNUMA family for their years of love, care and concern. A special thank you also to the ICU staff of St. Elizabeth Hospital and the staff at Colony Oaks Care Center.
