Julie A. Danelski

Age 36, died Monday, April 5, 2004 after a five-year, courageous battle with multiple sclerosis. Julie was born in Appleton on July 15, 1967, daughter of Marvin and Carolyn (Fritsch) Lemke of Appleton. In 1985 she graduated from Appleton East High School, and later began work at M & I Bank where she eventually became the Regional Manager for M & I Data Services. Most recently, she was employed as a computer programmer for CAP Gemini. Julie was a loving wife, mother, sister, and daughter, and enjoyed sewing costumes for the many plays her daughters were in. Before her health failed, she enjoyed reading, gardening, and playing piano.

Julie is survived by her husband, Steve Danelski, of Kaukauna whom she married on November 2, 1990; their daughters: Demetra Dawn Danelski and Irissa Alexandra Danelski, both at home; her parents: Marvin and Carolyn Lemke of Appleton; a “seester”: Carrie K. Lemke of Appleton; two brothers: Greg (Andrea) Lemke-Rochon of Appleton and their children Autumn and Jeremiah; and Rob (Cassandra) Lemke of Appleton. Julie is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and her many friends around the world from her online MS support group. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Charles and Margaret Fritsch, and by her paternal grandparents, Clarence and Hildegarde Lemke.

A memorial service to celebrate Julie’s life will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, April 9, 2004 at the funeral home chapel with Deacon Peter Reinl officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 PM until the hour of the service.

Like your willow tree, you grew and achieved amazing heights. All too soon, branches began to die, but you continued to fight to be the greatest you could be. But too much had been lost and the battle came to an end. Julie, our beautiful daughter, we love you so much. Mom and Dad.
