Judith Anne Yohr

Appleton

Judith ”Judy” Anne (Wunderlich) Yohr entered eternal life on February 2, 2023 at age 83.  Judy was born in Hortonville, and grew up in the Town of Ellington, on the family farm, with her parents and three brothers.  She graduated from Hortonville High School in 1957 and attended what was then, the Milwaukee Business School, in Milwaukee. She met John Yohr at the bowling alley in Hortonville in 1962 and married in 1963.  They moved to Appleton where they raised their two children, Scot and Lori.  Judy worked at the Appleton State Bank, numerous doctor’s offices in the Appleton area and finally retiring from the sales department at Pierce Manufacturing.

Judy enjoyed crocheting bookworm page markers for elementary children, her “Blue Jay” Corvette, snowmobiling with the Hill and Valley Riders, volunteering at Mount Olive, Friday Fish Fry group, and their season tickets to Packer games.

Judy is survived by her husband John; son, Scot (Mya) and her daughter, Lori (Peter) Schwecke; grandchildren: Emily (Cory) Bohman, Megan Schwecke, Holly Schwecke, Zackary Yohr, Emma Yohr, and Brandon Yohr; and great grandchildren Raina and Evan Bohman.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents Ora and Florence Wunderlich, her brothers Keith “Bud”, John “Jack” and Mike Wunderlich.
