Josephine Zavrsnik 75 passed away peacefully on February 5, 2017 at St. Paul Home in Kaukauna, WI. She was born in Zagreb, Yugoslavia on January 24, 1942 to the late Joseph and Eleanor (Zigoy) Zavrsnik. She graduated in 1961 from South Division High School in Milwaukee. She received a certificate of Phlebotomy from PIMA Medical Center. She took pride in taking care of her children and grandchildren. She loved doing arts and crafts as well as baking, cooking and crocheting blankets for grandbabies. She was very devoted to her faith and church. Loved caring for many animals over the years. Her latest parakeet she named after Elvis Presley.
She is survived by her three children; James (Karrie) Miling, Menasha, Julie (Gary) Romero, AZ, Jennifer (Jerry) Doerr, New Mexico. Grandchildren; Michael (Monica) Miling, Jacob Miling, Tressa Romero, Mitchell Longman, John (Jazmin) Longman, Krystina Longman and Joseph Doerr. Great grandchildren; Lakyn and Judah.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST CATHOLIC CHURCH 516 DePere ST., Menasha at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Paul Paider officiating.
