Joseph M. Weber, age 84, of Appleton, passed away at Harbor Haven in Fond du Lac, on Wednesday, June 14, 2017. Joseph was born on March 27, 1933, in Appleton, to the late John and Caroline (Blatz) Weber. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and was then employed at Miller Electric for over 31 years. Joe was well known for his finely groomed yardwork at his home in Greenville.
Survivors include his sister Irene Liebhauser and many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his siblings, infant Clement Weber; Raymond (Edna) Weber; Marcella “Sally” (Harold) Eichstadt; Gregor (Angie)Weber; John (Audrey) Weber, Jr.; Ervin (Arletta) Weber; Eddie Weber; Sister Marylene; Thelma (Orville) Ryba; infant Mary Weber; infant Eileen Weber; and Norbert (Josephine) Weber.
Funeral services for Joseph will be at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 19, 2017, at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 N. Superior Street, Appleton, with Fr. Jim Leary, O.F.M. Cap. officiating. Friends may call directly at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Appleton. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Harbor Haven Fond du lac, for their loving care.
