Jordyn Marie Ecklor

Jordyn Marie Ecklor, age 19, of Greenville, passed away at her home on Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Jordyn was born on January 17, 1996, in Appleton, to Paul and Nekole (Canopy) Ecklor. She enjoyed reading, nature photography, camping, time spent at the cabin up north, and especially the time she spent with her sister, Brenya. Jordyn was well- known for her ability to brighten up a room with simply her smile.

Survivors include her parents; her sister, Brenya; her dogs, Midnight and Storm; her maternal grandfather, David Canopy; her paternal grandmother, Elly Mueller; her aunts, Teressa Canopy, Amy Ecklor and Abby Mueller; her cousins, Dominic, David, Leighla and William; and her Godmother, LuAnne Leibold. Jordyn is further survived by other relatives and many, many friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Carolyn Canopy; her paternal grandfather, Chuck Ecklor; and her paternal great grandparents, Oma and Opa Ecklor.

Memorial services for Jordyn will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2015, at SHEPHERD OF THE HILLS LUTHERAN CHURCH, N1615 Meadowview Drive, Greenville, with Rev. Steve Kline officiating. Friends may call directly at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Jordyn's friends are encouraged to wear their tie-dyed apparel in her memory. A memorial has been established in Jordyn's name.
