Jonathan Thomas Engel

Jonathan Thomas Engel, age 51, of Appleton, passed away at Rogers Group Home, Appleton, on Saturday, December 6, 2014. Jonnie was born on December 18, 1962, in Appleton, to the late John and Dorothy (Thern) Engel.

Jonnie was well-known for his love of music, the outdoors and his favorite swing.

Survivors include his siblings, Cynthia (Charles) Kuba, Stuart (Penny) Engel, Lisa (Randy) Steinacker, Vanessa Engel, Christopher Engel and Stacie (Kelly) Burton.

He is further survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and his Rogers Group Home family.

Jonathan was preceded in death by his brother Gregory and his sister, Jessica.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2014, at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 N. Superior Street, Appleton, with Rev. Paul Schuler officiating. Friends may call directly at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Interment will be in the Town of Ellington Cemetery.
