Jon M Worden

Jon Michael Worden, 57, of Appleton, WI, passed away on October 12th. He was born on September 12, 1966, in Appleton, WI, to Delano and Lois Worden.

Jon was a caring and generous person who always put others before himself. He worked as a self-employed medical supply transport driver and continued working until just weeks before his passing. Jon always spoke highly of his fellow drivers with respect and humor.

Aside from his dedication to his work, Jon had a deep love for dogs and never missed an opportunity to meet and treat a four-legged friend. He also maintained numerous bird feeders, which attracted a parade of animals in his front yard. Jon will be greatly missed by his family and friends for his great sense of humor, honesty, and integrity. He truly was a brother to all.

Jon is survived by his father, Del Worden, his brother, Matt Worden, wife Carolyn, and their son Russell. He is also survived by his sister, Wendy Child, her husband Jeff, and their daughters Nicole Halverson and Kendall Taylor. Jon was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Worden.

The loss of Jon leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. May his memory be a source of comfort and strength during this difficult time.

A memorial service for Jon will be held on Friday, October 27, at 2:00 PM, at the Wichmann Tri County Funeral Chapel, 1592 S. Oneida St, Menasha. A visitation will be held prior from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
