Jon D. Albrecht, age 62, of Appleton, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, December 14, 2004. He was born April 19, 1942, to the late Armin E. and Erna (Fuhremann) Albrecht, in Appleton, where he was a resident all of his life and graduated from Appleton High School in 1960. Jon had been employed by Kimberly Clark Aviation, as a pilot. We was also very involved with motor sports and was a representative of Rolex Watch Company at many racing venues. Jon was a devoted Packer fan. He was a life long member of St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church. He is survived by two uncles, James (Helen) Albrecht, Milwaukee; Gerhard Rolloff, Appleton; two aunts, Marion Albrecht, Milwaukee; Althea (Dr. Eugene) Rumsey, San Diego, CA; several cousins, and his godchildren, Krista Schuette and Mark Rolloff. He was preceded in death by two aunts, Eleanor Rolloff and Ruth Weideman, and two uncles, Gilbert Albrecht and Phillip Albrecht. Funeral services for Jon will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, December 17, 2004, at ST. MATTHEW EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 129 South Mason Street, with Reverend Jeffrey Verbeke and Reverend Paul T. Schuler officiating. Burial will be in Appleton Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the church on Friday, from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Memorial funds have been established for St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church and Fox Valley Lutheran High School.
