Age 56, died on Monday, July 15, 2002 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, following a courageous 1-¬Ω year battle with cancer. John was born in Appleton on April 24, 1946, son of the late Edwin and Gerda (Liesering) Krueger. He faithfully served his country during the Vietnam War, stationed in Germany. John was employed as a draftsman at Debelak Technical Systems. He enjoyed working with electronics, computers and networking systems. John also enjoyed riding bike and playing frisbee golf. He will be greatly missed by his brothers, Jeff (Sandy) Krueger; Tom (Ruth) Krueger; sisters, Joan (Jack) Brouillard; Gretchen (Bob) Boughton; nieces and nephews, Andrew, Michael and Amy Krueger; Bob and Patty Brouillard; Dan, Tim, Erick and Jennifer Boughton; and Mark and Mary Krueger. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, July 17, 2002 at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, with Rev. Dennis Belter officiating. The interment will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Appleton, where full military honors will be performed. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 17 from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
