Jerry passed away August 16, 2005. He was born August 26, 1955, in Milwaukee, Wis. He leaves behind his wife Kathy of 29 years, daughter LeeAnn (Ron), parents Tom and Dolores, his brother, Tom (Marilyn), Jeanette & Thomas, his brother, Bob (Louise), Erin & Jaime, his sister, Marge (Bill), Nicole, Anna, Crystal Thompson, and his sister, Mary Birch. He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Jerry Birch.

Jerry had the rare gift that he could design and build anything. Family and friends will remember his talents each day as they see his creations in use.

The funeral mass for Jerry will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 18, 2005, at ST. EDWARD CATHOLIC CHURCH, Highway 47 North, Mackville, with Fr. Charles Brooks as celebrant. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. Friends may call from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

The family wishes to thank the nurses on 3-South for their care, dedication and friendship during these trying times. To Jerry’s friends and co-workers for your support and the time you spent with him-thank you.
