Jerome J. Dominowski

Age 67, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2003 at his home, comforted by the presence of those he loved. Jerry was born in Black Creek on March 5, 1936, son of the late John Dominowski and Beatrice (nee Herbst) Dominowski Deltour of Appleton. Following high school, Jerry went to work in the laundry department of Aramark Services, and remained employed there until his retirement in 1991. On May 23, 1998, Jerry married Donna (nee Frappy); she survives.

He is survived by his mother: Beatrice (George) Deltour of Appleton; his wife: Donna Dominowski of Appleton; four children: Calvin Dominowski, Keith Dominowski, and Bruce Dominowski, all of Seattle, Washington; and Janet (Joe C. and his son Evan) Dominowski of Appleton and her daughter Jessica. Jerry is further survived by Donna’s children: Rebecca (Robin N.) Keddell of Appleton and her children David, Shane, Mandy, and Niki; Michael (Susan) Schnorr of Hortonville and their children Amy, Jerid, and Lauren; Patricia (Tim M.) Schnorr of Appleton and her children Kendra, Christina, and Tayler; and Kim (David R.) Stevens of Appleton and her children Ashlee and Bryanna. Other survivors include two step-sons: James (Sue) Burton of Texas and Daniel Burton of Colorado; a brother-in-law: Edwin Witthuhn of Appleton; a niece: Kelli (Darren) Heyerdahl of Neenah and a nephew; Scott (Jennifer) Witthuhn of Minneapolis. He was preceded in death by his father, a sister Carol Witthuhn, and by Donna’s daughter Sammy Jo Schnorr.

Funeral services for Jerry will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 23, 2003 at ST. PAUL EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 302 N. Morrison Street in Appleton with Rev. Ralph C. Waack officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call directly at the church on Saturday from 9:00 AM until the hour of the service.
