Jeremy T. Kirk

Jeremy T. Kirk, age 42 of Combined Locks, WI passed away on July 5, 2022 after a brief unexpected illness.  He was born on March 7, 1980 to Debbie Kirk in Neenah.  Jeremy dealt with PKAN in his life from a very early age and wasn’t expected to make it past the age of 18, but he overcame all odds and lived a long life.  When Jeremy was young, he loved to talk and help people.  The neighbors always told stories about him stopping by to help them or talk to them while he was going around the block on his scooter with his friend Tim.  Jeremy loved Taz (the Tasmanian Devil) and the Green Bay Packers – especially Reggie White.  

Jeremy is survived by his mother, Debbie Kirk; his sisters, Danielle (John Field) Kirk and Rachelle (Alex) Giebel; his nephews and niece, Tobin Kirk, Violet Field, and Remington Giebel; his aunts and uncle, Kay Wichman and Mike (Marg) Stern; his cousins, Mark, Kelly, Jenny, Beth, Crystal, Amy, Liz, Nicole, and Rob; and his father figure, Jon Haessly. 

Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gordon and Rachel Kirk; and his aunts and uncle, Carla Larsen, Pam Kirk, and Gordon Kirk Jr. 

A celebration of life will take place for Jeremy on Saturday, July 9 at 12 PM at Lindberg Park, Combined Locks.  Jeremy will be laid to rest at Highland Memorial Park. 

The family would like to extend an extra special thanks to Linda VanStralen for the decades of her unwavering love she showed to Jeremy – we can’t thank you enough.  Also a huge thanks to Rob and his son, Mason for always taking the time to talk with Jeremy whenever they were able.  Finally, a special thanks to all of Jeremy’s teachers, nurses, and doctors for their care and compassion shown to Jeremy through the years.
