Age 86, passed away at Rennes Health Center on Sunday, May 6, 2007. She was born on May 19, 1920 daughter of the late Primo and Grace (Roberts) Frassetto. Jean was a 1939 graduate of Kimberly High School. On April 11, 1944 she married her husband of 50 years, Howard “Spots” Huntington. He preceded her in death on February 20, 1995. Jean was a lifelong resident of Kimberly and a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, Kimberly.
Jean is survived by her children: Carol (Jerry) Krueger of Neenah, Nancy (Tom) Mader of Appleton and Jeff (Linda Van Sluys) Huntington of Appleton; grandchildren: Christian (Michelle) Krueger, Deanna (Corey) Popp, Kathy (Jess) Schuknecht, Shawna Grapentin and Eric Le Fevre; great- grandchildren: Alex and Zoe Krueger, and Jerzey, Jetta and Jensen Popp; brother: Tony (Sandi) Frassetto of Kimberly; sisters: Gloria Kamps of Appleton and Margaret (George) Bosch of Combined Locks; sisters-in-law: Colleen Frassetto of Kimberly, Gladys Frassetto of Little Chute and Loretta Frassetto of Darboy; and aunt, Ada Barney of Appleton. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Charles, Alphonse, John, Albert, Philip and Robert; sisters: Elizabeth (Bill) Raddatz and Patricia (Toby) De Bruin; brother-in-law, Bob Kamps; and uncle, Milo Barney.
The funeral liturgy will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2007 at Holy Spirit Parish, Kimberly Campus, 600 E. Kimberly Ave., Kimberly, with Fr. Tom Pomeroy officiating. Friends will be received at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund in Jean’s name is being established.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Rennes Health Center for their compassionate care.
