Age 74, passed peacefully after a short illness with cancer, on Sunday December 2, 2007 at Carolina Manor, with her family by her side. She has joined her husband Corwin, who passed away in February of 1995. Jean was born on September 19, 1933 in Waukesha. She was an avid Packer fan and Farve was her No. 1. She had a love for all animals. Her kitty, Billie Rae will truly miss her. Jean is survived by her only daughter, Cheri (Alan) Boldt of Appleton, her two grandsons, Lucas and Marcus, and a sister in law Gloria (Martin) Koschman, of Arkansas. Funeral services for Jean will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday December 6, 2007 at the Wichmann Funeral Home, Tri County Chapel, Menasha. Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until the time of services. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
The family would like to thank the caregivers and staff at Carolina Manor, Theda Care at Home Hospice, Manor Care Health Services, and Appleton Medical Center.
